The body has innate healing energy and does its best to  care for itself and maintain a state of balance.   At times, it needs help to achieve this care.

There are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles but to every tissue and organ that go to make the body a living, feeling being.  Kinesiology uses gentle non-invasive muscle testing to supply information via nerve pathways and the meridian system of the brain and body to identify imbalances in the body's structural, chemical, emotional or energetic pathways and to establish the body's priority healing needs. 

 

Kinesiology ….

  • Is concerned with imbalances in the body's energies and has close links with the acupuncture
    concept of energy flow

  • Looks beyond the symptoms to the initial cause and is not limited to dealing with ailments

  • Allows you to identify stresses or emotions held at a very deep level which prevent you from achieving your goals or which
    manifest as unexplained stress, self-sabotaging behaviours, destructive beliefs, phobias, pain and ultimately, many physical problems

  • Frees you to move closer to achieving any goal of your choice in any area of your life, for example health, home, work, sport,
    learning, relationships, or life in general

  • Helps you to access your inner knowing and utilise the power of choice in your life

What to expect from a Kinesiology session

The first session is 1˝ hours. Keren will take a detailed medical and lifestyle history and discuss the purpose of your visit and relevant
issues.  Kinesiology is non-invasive and you stay fully clothed during a session, usually lying down. Keren may assess individual muscles
throughout the session and obtain feedback from an indicator muscle, usually the forearm, to ascertain stress patterns within the body.  These may manifest in many different ways and it may take more than one session to clear the layers of the stress pattern, depending upon
the issue. 

 A variety of non-invasive correction techniques may be used including, but not limited to, beautiful flower essences, sound, colour (
vibrational therapy), acupressure, chakra therapy, ESR, counselling or applied physiology. 

Always, the answer is somewhere inside you.

 

Reiki ~ Spiritual Healing

Reiki is non-invasive and the client lies comfortably, fully-clothed, often under a cosy blanket.  Clients report feeling very peaceful and many go to sleep.

Universal, life-force healing energy and unconditional love is channelled through the practitioner to enhance your body’s natural ability to restore balance and heal itself .

You may feel lighter, clearer and energised – you may also experience clarity around issues for some time following the session.  Reiki can increase your general well-being, provide relief from pain and illness, reduce stress and tension, clear deep emotional blocks, boost your immune system and energise your whole system safely and quickly.

 

Vibrational Healing

Flower Essences - using the beautiful Bach Flower Remedies, Australian Bush Flower Essences and Desert Alchemy Flower Essences.  Each flower essence represents one or more qualities or emotions and the use of flower essences aids in balancing those qualities or emotions.  This in turn aids in healing the physical issues caused by the imbalances.  Flower essences work with all the subtle bodies, the physical body and even higher spiritual energies so regardless of the origin of the problem (physical, mental, emotional or spiritual), flower essences can aid in healing.

Sound - sound is a powerful vibration in the universe and certain sounds can be soothing and healing, while others might be aggravating
and annoying, affecting the flow of energy in the body.  Sound is harnessed as a balancing modality using tuning forks, or other sounds as required.

Colour - visual sensory input represents approximately 70% of our sensory perception and using colour as a stimulus can be very effective
to gauge the ease of transition in moving through life experiences.  Colour can help us to recognise and gain from what has been valuable
and let go of what is no longer of relevance.

 

Indian Head Massage

An ancient technique of head, neck and shoulder massage. It will relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and boost your immune system.

 

Meditation

Meditation is a safe and simple way to balance your physical, emotional, and mental state and its countless values have been known
and practiced for thousands of years.  More and more doctors promote the benefits of meditation to cure many stress-related illnesses
and scientific research has proven that it is a significant factor in increasing health benefits.

One of the most important benefits of meditation is how it releases stress from our bodies. Meditation practised regularly will lead you to
a deeper level of relaxation and contemplation. If you want to be free of constant worry, pressure and stress the benefits of meditation
can give you a life that is calm, peaceful, happy and relaxed.  Even ten minutes of meditation a day will help to alleviate stress.

Keren is a Reiki Master/Teacher and teacher of meditation who has been practising spiritual healing, Reiki, massage and meditation, also teaching Reiki and meditation, for many years.  The recent inclusion of Kinesiology has added another dimension to her work.  The combination of spiritual and energy work with the practical sciences of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, wellness models and concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, provides a unique and powerful means of assisting you to achieve and maintain optimal wellness and experience the tranquility of balance and harmony in all areas of your being.

Keren has a corporate background with many years experience in training and empowering others to reach their full potential, with a strong focus on ethical ideals, integrity, respect and consideration for the wellbeing of others. Keren also understands, from experience, the cascading effect of stress and pressure on the quality of your health and life.
